What should I expect on Sunday mornings?

At 9:20-9:30 AM, when you arrive at the church, you may drop off your family off at the door or all park together. Enter the church through the double doors to be greeted and directed to a Sunday School class of your choice. Please pick up a bulletin to learn more about the day’s and week’s activities. In class, we encourage you to participate however you feel comfortable, and you will not be expected to pray aloud or answer questions, unless participation is initiated by you. Your children’s safety is of highest importance. Each children’s class is taught by a team of teachers that have cleared background checks and are members of our church. Classrooms are broken into these age/grade groups: Birth-3 years, blended pre-k through 6th grade VBS-style classes, youth, and adult classes. Class will end around 10:30, so that you can make your way to the sanctuary for morning worship.

If you arrive at 10:30-10:45 AM for morning worship, you will be greeted and offered a bulletin to learn more about the day’s and week’s activities.  You will be led to the sanctuary, and you can select the seat of your choice. Music and announcements will be presented on the big screens until the service begins. Our worship order of service is outlined in the bulletin. Please feel free to worship in a style most comfortable to you. The music is a mix of praise and worship, hymns, and special music. During prayer time, you are welcome to pray at your seat or pray at the altar. As offering is taken, please feel free to let the offering plate pass as you are our guest. After the offering and special music, children are excused to Children’s Worship for a Bible lesson prepared for their learning styles. Nursery (Birth-3 years) is provided every Sunday for the entire service. Communion is typically served on the fourth Sunday of the month. Morning worship is typically dismissed before 12:15 PM.
